NOVELTY - A metal liquid-based intelligent hydraulic transmission medium comprises 90.2-99.5% metal base liquid, 0.5-9.8% magnetic core-shell nanoparticles and low-dimensional nano-additive mixture. The magnetic core-shell nanoparticle and low-dimensional nano-additive are prepared at a volume ratio of 1:1. USE - Metal liquid-based intelligent hydraulic transmission medium used in hydraulic element e.g. existing hydraulic element, magnetic fluid hydraulic element, which is nano-magnetic fluid gap-sealed high-speed hydraulic cylinder or magnetic fluid hydraulic pump station, or magneto-rheological control element comprising various magneto-rheological valves (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The medium uses gallium-based alloy as base liquid, so that the high-temperature property is stable, and the evaporation loss is avoided. The influence of the temperature and pressure to the viscosity is small, and the control characteristics of the hydraulic system at normal temperature to high temperature are improved. The heat expansion rate is low, the deformation of pipeline and element caused by positive pressure caused by medium heat expansion can be weakened, and the application of the closed system is facilitated.
