NOVELTY - A nanoplatelet graphene-like material dispersion composition comprises 45-98.9 wt.% dispersion of a dispersion media, 1-30 wt.% dispersion of a graphene-like material dispersant selected from ethyl cellulose, cellulose triacetate, sodium taurodeoxycholate, sodium taurocholate or trisilanol, and 0.1-50 wt.% dispersion of a graphene-like material, which is substantially uniformly dispersed in the liquid media and comprises graphene, functionalized graphene, graphene oxide, partially reduced graphene oxide and/or graphite flakes. USE - Nanoplatelet graphene-like material dispersion composition for preparing an article such as printed circuit board, heat sink, ion battery, capacitor, antennae, electromagnetic interference shielding, electromagnetic radiation shields, solar cell grid collectors, or electrostatic shields (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent dispersibility, reduced cost, improved energy and power density, improved conductivity, stability. thermal management, reduced weight of the article, improves mechanical stability and/or electrical and thermal conductivity of the article. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nanoplatelet graphene-like material dispersion composition comprises 45-98.9 wt.% dispersion of a dispersion media, 1-30 wt.% dispersion of a graphene-like material dispersant selected from ethyl cellulose, cellulose triacetate, sodium taurodeoxycholate, sodium taurocholate or trisilanol, and 0.1-50 wt.% dispersion of a graphene-like material, which is substantially uniformly dispersed in the liquid media and comprises graphene, functionalized graphene, graphene oxide, partially reduced graphene oxide, graphite flakes, molybdenum disulfide, molybdenum diselenide, molybdenum ditelluride, tungsten disulfide, tungsten diselenide, hexagonal boron nitride, gallium sulfide, gallium selenide, lanthanum cuprate, bismuth tritelluride, bismuth triselenide, antimony triselenide, zinc oxide, niobium disulfide, niobium diselenide, tantalum disulfide, vanadium disulfide, rhenium disulfide, rhenium diselenide, titanium disulfide, titanium diselenide, indium trisulfide, zirconium disulfide, zirconium diselenide or cadmium selenide, and 0.1-50 wt.% dispersion of a plasticizer. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a liquid dispersion of nanoplatelet graphene-like material (2) a method for preparing an article.
