NOVELTY - Preparing stain-resistant integrated wall and floor decorative panel involves weighing 50-60 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 10-15 pts. wt. cement, 5-8 pts. wt. silica fume, 5-8 pts. wt. sepiolite fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. bentonite, 30-40 pts. wt. water, adding sepiolite fiber and water into the reactor, and stirring for 30-50min under the condition of rotating speed of 60-120r/min to prepare foamed fiber slurry. After mixing the foamed fiber slurry, diatomaceous earth, cement, silica fume, and bentonite, the slurry is made into a board, and the thickness is 0.8-1mm, and then it is dried to obtain a prefabricated board. After the prefabricated board is autoclaved for 5-8h under the pressure of 1-1.5MPa. After grinding and polishing, a stain-resistant coating with a thickness of 35-40 mu m is applied to obtain a veneer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare stain-resistant integrated wall and floor decorative panel, where antifouling coating produces holes h+ and electrons e, e reacts with oxygen to produce O2, which attacks organic molecules, and the holes h+ react with water to generate OH, two free radicals react together to decompose organic compounds, remove surface stains, and achieve stain resistance.
