NOVELTY - Preparing particle electrode electrocatalytic filler comprises (1) preparing multi-component metal salt solution with certain concentration, adding graphene oxide, dispersing auxiliary agent and solvent to the solution, and dispersing into a mixed solution, (2) adding hydrogel-forming reactive monomer to the mixed solution in step (1) and aging into a composite hydrogel binder through hydrothermal reaction, and (3) granulating the composite hydrogel binder in step (2) and carrier material, auxiliary agglomerant and tackifier, etc., drying the obtained particles, calcining and carbonizing under the protection of an inert gas, and preparing the particle electrode electrocatalytic filler for electrocatalytic oxidation reaction. USE - The method is useful for preparing particle electrode electrocatalytic filler. ADVANTAGE - The gain effect of removing the pollutant is very obvious, can control the enrichment of pollutants to the reaction site, realizes the directional mass transfer of target pollutants, can directional gain the removal effect of pollutants e.g. polar/nonpolar and slightly acidic and alkaline, saves energy, and efficiently reduce investment costs.
