NOVELTY - An epoxy floor coating comprises a main agent, and a curing agent. The main agent comprises 100 pts. wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin solution, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene microchips, 2-6 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.5-1 pt. wt. polyamide wax slurry, 3-8 pts. wt. n-butanol, 25-60 pts. wt. xylene, 0.08-0.2 pt. wt. dibutyl phthalate, and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. polydimethylsiloxane. USE - Epoxy floor coating. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy floor coating containing graphene has uniform dispersion and large dispersibility, exerts the mechanical properties of the graphene, effectively improves the impact resistance of the epoxy floor coating, avoids the electric corrosion problems of the graphene, and effectively extends the service life of the floor paint layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the epoxy floor coating, which involves: (1) dispersing graphene microchips and zinc powder in xylene to obtain a resulting dispersion system (A); (2) adding dibutyl phthalate to the dispersion system (A) under stirring to form a homogeneous dispersion system (B); (3) separating xylene from the homogeneous dispersion system (B) by distillation, and then bonding the graphene layers with zinc and dibutyl phthalate to obtain a mixture (C); (4) mixing the mixture (C) with 10-12 pts. wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin solution to obtain a mixed solution (D); (5) dissolving the polyamide wax slurry in n-butanol, adding the remaining amount of bisphenol A type epoxy resin and polydimethylsiloxane to obtain a mixed solution (E); and (6) fully mixing the mixed solution (D) and the mixed solution (E) to obtain a main component.
