Preparation of aluminum oxide ceramic comprises ball milling aluminum oxide powder, magnesium sulfate and diatomaceous earth using anhydrous ethanol as ball milling medium at 500 revolutions/minute for 6-8 hours, drying at 100-150 degrees C, milling for 6-8 hours, sieving, adding iron mold release agent, mixing, molding, sintering at 1495-1505 degrees C and 25-32 MPa for 1-2 hours, and cooling. USE - LED lamp base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved heat-sinking properties, and long useful life.
