NOVELTY - High wear-resistant plastic cement track colloidal particle comprises 37.60-38.60 wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane, 14.40-15.40 wt.% organosilicone resin, 7.40-8.40 wt.% foaming agent, 1.30-1.70 wt.% coloring agent, 1.80-2.20 wt.% double-sulfur bond cross-linking agent, 0.20-0.40 wt.% antioxidant, 0.20-0.40 wt.% anti-aging agent, 0.20-0.40 wt.% initiator, 0.20-0.40 wt.% vulcanizing agent, and remaining amount of composite filler. USE - Used as high wear-resistant plastic cement track colloidal particle. ADVANTAGE - The colloidal particle: enhances the elastic performance of the high wear-resistant plastic runway colloidal particles after being heated and cooled; avoids the rubber particles from becoming brittle and hard; prolongs the service life of the plastic runway; uses thermoplastic polyurethane and organosilicone resin for compounding work; uses double-sulfur bond cross-linking agent to process the thermoplastic polyurethane, which can enhance the elasticity of the colloidal particles, hardness and self-repairing performance; uses nano silicon dioxide and bamboo fiber of composite filler, nano silicon dioxide, which enters into the intercalation of hexagonal boron nitride and graphene oxide; and enhances the safety and stability of the colloidal particles after heating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high wear-resistant plastic cement track colloidal particle comprising (i) taking above raw materials, (ii) adding nano silicon dioxide, hexagonal boron nitride, graphene oxide, nano titanium dioxide, manganese dioxide, and bamboo fiber to a fluidized bed jet mill to obtain the mixed material A, uniformly mixing KH-550 coupling agent and the mixed material to obtain the composite filler, (iii) adding the thermoplastic polyurethane and organosilicone resin into the composite filler, performing mechanical stirring for 70-90 minutes, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain the mixed material B, (iv) mixing the mixed material B and deionized water into a microwave device, performing microwave irradiation peeling treatment for 2-3 minutes, and introducing inert gas to obtain the mixed material C, (v) adding mixed material C and foaming agent, coloring agent, double-sulfur bond cross-linking agent, antioxidant, anti-aging agent, initiator, vulcanizing agent to the mixer, mixing for 20-30 minutes at 40-50degreesC to obtain the mixed material D, and (vi) adding the mixed material D into the double-screw extruder for extruding and granulating to obtain the high wear-resistant plastic track colloidal particles.
