NOVELTY - Preparing graphene and graphite microchip continuously involves utilizing continuous preparing device. The device comprises sequentially connected coal block crushing and feeding system, a molten heating furnace, foundrycooling area and product negative pressure collection system. The product bottom negative pressure collection system is connected with iron heating furnace by molten iron flow system. The continuous preparation refers to: supersaturated molten iron which is pulverized and added to molten molten iron to form carbon, After cooling, the graphene/graphite microplates deposited on the surface during the cooling process are collected by a vacuum treatment, and the remaining molten iron was recovered for recycling.
