NOVELTY - Polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) alloy material comprises PC resin, ABS resin, interfacial compatibilizer, composite flame retardant and modified aluminum nitride. The composite flame retardant includes 5-12 pts. wt. phosphate ester flame retardant, 0.1-6 pts. wt. graphene and 0.05-2 pt. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene. The modified aluminum nitride is modified aluminum nitride coupled with silane coupling agent. The particle size of the modified aluminum nitride is 0.5-30 µm. USE - The PC/ABS alloy material is useful for low-dielectric flame-retardant 5G equipment; preferably communication electronic antenna (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The PC/ABS alloy material: utilizes high-efficiency composite flame retardant, which has excellent flame retardant performance, and can form a network structure having high thermal conductivity when graphene and modified aluminum nitride are introduced at the same time, and thus improves the heat dissipation performance; has low dielectric flame retardant property, significantly improved dielectric properties, flame retardancy and electrical conductivity, and achieves good technical effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of PC/ABS alloy material, comprising mixing PC resin, ABS resin and interfacial compatibilizer, adding composite flame retardant and modified aluminum nitride, optionally glass fibers, lubricants and antioxidants, mixing at room temperature, melting, extruding, and pelletizing, performing melting, extrusion and pelletizing processes in a screw extruder, where the screw extruder has melting temperature of 250-300℃ and a screw speed of 50-350 revolutions/minute.
