NOVELTY - Producing radiation-proof warp knitted fabric comprises e.g. uniformly mixing powder surface modifying agent with nano zinc oxide and then ultraviolet irradiation it on deionized water, drying the cationic polyester slice, and grinding to obtain the cationic polyester powder, adding surface modified nano zinc oxide, nano-grade graphene material, ethylene, acrylic ester-radiation agent and poly-p-hydroxybenzoate to the cationic polyester powder body, uniformly mixing the antibacterial particle, anti-radiation modified polyester slice and N,N-dihydroxyethyl-3-amino methyl acrylate, dyeing processed cloth in an overflow dyeing device, using wet fluffing process to carry out wet fluffing on the front comb layer, dipping fabric into shaping working liquid and heating, drying and setting. USE - The radiation-proof warp knitted fabric is useful in household appliances, electronic device, office automation device, mobile communication device and electric appliance device. ADVANTAGE - The warp knitted fabric: has improved durability, softness, antibacterial effect and anti-radiation effect, and does not weaken the antibacterial function after washing for many times.
