NOVELTY - A tetrapod-like zinc oxide/graphene composite material is formed by growing a graphene nano sheet on surface of tetrapod-like zinc oxide. USE - Tetrapod-like zinc oxide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high heat conductivity, piezoelectricity, voltage-sensitive, wave absorption, sound absorption, vibration absorption, antibiosis property, anti-weed property and catalyzing property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of tetrapod-like zinc oxide/graphene composite material, which involves preparing reaction precursor liquor containing zinc nitrate or zinc acetate and oxidized graphene, where the pH value of solution is 8-13, carrying out hydrothermal reaction of the precursor liquor at 100-200 degrees C and obtaining reaction intermediate, calcining the intermediate at 200-680 degrees C at rate of 3-8 degrees C/minute and obtaining tetrapod-like zinc oxide/graphene composite material.
