▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Invention can be used in production of modified greases, epoxy resins and concrete. First, a mixture of crystalline graphite with liquid is prepared and fed into a device for producing a graphene-containing suspension by shearing exfoliation of particles of graphite with a field of centrifugal forces occurring between cylindrical stator 1 and rotor 2 with radial blades rotating from rotary drive 3. Stator 1 is made in the form of cylindrical shell with holes. Cylindrical shell of stator 1 has cover 5 and is divided into two zones in height. Holes are located only in the upper zone. Height of lower zone is 2 to 5 times larger than height of upper zone. Holes on outer surface of stator 1 have countersink grooves 0.70.9 of depth of cylindrical shell, with angle of 60 to 120 degrees. Rotor 2 has slots in which moving blades 4 in the form of plates with holders of their vertical movement are installed. On the end side adjoining the inner surface of stator 1, blades 4 have chamfers at an angle of up to 45, due to which it is possible to create constant normal and tangential forces that are independent of graphite particle size. USE - Chemistry. ADVANTAGE - Higher efficiency of graphite exfoliation and device efficiency, reduced number of layers in graphene structures, reduced specific costs for production of graphene suspensions. 3 cl, 5 dwg
