NOVELTY - Stainless steel pot non-stick coating comprises mesoporous alumina, nano zirconia, nano calcium carbonate, nano silicon dioxide, nano silicon carbide, graphene, ethanol, deionized water, titanate coupling agent, tributyl citrate and lauric acid. USE - Used as stainless steel pot non-stick coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent high temperature resistance, wear-resistant, antibacterial, and better cooking experience and is safe and stable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the stainless steel pot non-stick coating, comprising (i) mixing mesoporous alumina, nano-zirconia, nano calcium carbonate, nano silica, nano silicon carbide, graphene and ethanol, stirring ultrasonically at 40-60 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, centrifuging and filtering and obtaining modified microsphere; (ii) mixing the modified microspheres, deionized water and titanate coupling agent, and stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 30-50 minutes; (iii) raising the temperature to 100-120 degrees C, stirring for 1-3 hours, and separating to obtain product B; (iv) adding tributyl citrate, heating to 130-150 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain product C; and (v) cooling to 70-80 degrees C, adding lauric acid, and ultrasonically stirring for 40-60 minutes.
