NOVELTY - Water flux comprises 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. ionic liquid, 1-3 pts. wt. carbon black, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. anion surfactant, 5-8 pts. wt. acetone, 5-8 pts. wt. isopropanol, and 40-72 pts. wt. water. USE - Water flux for lead-acid storage battery. ADVANTAGE - The water flux has film-removing ability, low corrosion, is easy to disperse in the welding mother material and the surface of the solder, has strong firmness and good conductivity of the welding point, has long service life of the base material, is simple to operate, and each raw material is dispersed uniformly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water flux, which involves (A) weighing acetone, isopropanol and water, mixing them uniformly to obtain the mixed solvent, adding anion surface active agent into the mixed solvent, sonicating after dissolving completely, adding ionic liquid, stirring, mixing uniformly and then transferring into the ultrasonic instrument while orderly adding inhibitor, carbon black, graphene, after corrosion, carbon black, graphene; and (B) dispersing uniformly to obtain the product.
