NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano sheet reinforced carbon fiber composite material comprises (i) dissolving thermosetting resin and curing agent in organic solvent, stirring uniformly, dispersing graphene nano sheets, placing in ice bath and performing ultrasonic treatment; (ii) pouring graphene nano-film dipping solution into glass dish and immersing carbon fiber for 10-60 seconds; and (iii)removing carbon fiber, placing it in ventilated kitchen or oven and drying; and (iv) impregnating carbon fiber preformed blank with thermosetting resin and curing under certain conditions. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene nano sheet reinforced carbon fiber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sheet has inter laminar shear strength, bending strength and improves longitudinal thermal conductivity of the fiber. The method is economical, simple and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene nano sheet reinforced carbon fiber composite material comprises (i) dissolving thermosetting resin and curing agent in organic solvent, stirring uniformly, dispersing graphene nano sheets into above solution, placing in ice bath and performing ultrasonic treatment for 0.1-1.5 hours to obtain graphene nano-film dip coating solution; (ii) pouring graphene nano-film dipping solution into glass dish and immersing carbon fiber for 10-60 seconds; and (iii)removing carbon fiber, placing it in ventilated kitchen or oven and drying until organic solvent is evaporated; and (iv) impregnating carbon fiber preformed blank containing the graphene nano sheets with thermosetting resin under vacuum assisted resin infusion process and curing under certain conditions.
