▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing three-dimensional carbon nanotube/graphene/sulfur electrode, comprises (i) adding carbon nanotubes, graphene and polyacrylonitrile into N-methylpyrrolidone, implementing an ultrasonic reaction, mixing the slurry, coating on aluminum foil, and vacuum drying to obtain electrode, (ii) placing electrode into inert gas protected muffle furnace, heating, and cooling, and (iii) completely inserting electrode into sodium thiosulfate solution, incubating, slowly adding hydrochloric acid into solution in drop wise manner, removing electrode, and drying to obtain positive electrode sheet. USE - The electrode is useful as positive electrode of lithium-sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces electrode without using conductive agent and a binding agent, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing three-dimensional carbon nanotube/graphene/sulfur electrode, comprises (i) adding carbon nanotubes, graphene and polyacrylonitrile into N-methylpyrrolidone, implementing an ultrasonic reaction for 30-120 minutes, mixing the slurry, and coating on an aluminum foil, and vacuum drying to obtain an electrode, (ii) placing the electrode into an inert gas protected muffle furnace, slowly heating at 400-500 degrees C, and naturally cooling, and (iii) completely inserting the electrode into sodium thiosulfate solution, incubating for 30-60 minutes, slowly adding hydrochloric acid into the solution in drop wise manner until pH of 6.5-7.5, removing the electrode, and drying to obtain positive electrode sheet.
