NOVELTY - A graphene/glass fiber reinforced acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material comprises 60-90 parts mass acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 5-20 parts mass epoxy resin, 0.01-5 parts mass graphene, 1-6 parts mass glass fiber, 0.01-0.1 part mass silane coupling agent, 1-2 parts mass absolute ethanol, 0.05-2 parts mass antioxidant and 0.5-3 parts mass compatibilizing toughening agent. USE - Graphene/glass fiber reinforced acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/glass fiber reinforced acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material has enhanced stability, high strength and increased toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene/glass fiber reinforced acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, which involves (1) mixing 60-90 parts mass acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 0.05-2 parts mass antioxidant and 0.5-3 parts mass compatibilizing toughening agent, (2) adding 0.01-5 parts mass graphene and 5-20 parts mass epoxy resin, ultrasonically dispersing at room temperature for 0.5-3 hours, obtaining graphene dispersion liquid, (3) dissolving 0.01-0.1 part mass silane coupling agent in 1-2 parts mass anhydrous ethanol, preparing silane coupling agent-ethanol solution, spraying the silane coupling agent-ethanol solution with pressure of 1-6, drying at 90-110 degrees C for 50-80 minutes, (4) transferring the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, passing graphene, carrying out melt extrusion, discharging treated glass fiber through air outlet and extruding composite material. The temperature from the feed port to extrusion die is respectively maintained at 190-210 degrees C, 210-240 degrees C, 230-250 degrees C, 240-260 degrees C and 250-270 degrees C. The extruder machine screw speed is 400-1000 rpm and feeding speed is 30-60 rpm.
