NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel-loaded graphene, involves stir-mixing and dissolving a nickel salt, glucose, and sodium chloride in water, spray-drying at 150 degrees C to obtain a self-assembled precursor powder, calcining the precursor powder in a tubular furnace at 700-750 degrees C for 2 hours, washing off sodium chloride, and drying to obtain a graphene structure with nickel particles on the surface. USE - Preparation of nickel-loaded graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical mass-production of nickel-loaded graphene. The wettability, and adhesion between graphene and metal matrix is improved.
