▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Antenna enhanced terahertz detector based on graphene comprises a logarithm periodic antenna and a patch antenna. The logarithmic periodic antenna includes two antenna main bodies which are rotationally symmetrical and connected with each other. The two antenna bodies are respectively connected with a source electrode and a drain electrode of a field effect transistor. The feeding point of the logarithm periodic antenna is connected with the source electrode. The patch antenna is provided with a central feeding point at the center of the grid electrode and the patch antenna applies excitation to the periodic antenna in a side-fed manner. The two dimensional material is graphene, black phosphorus, molybdenum disulfide or molybdenum diselenide. USE - The antenna enhanced terahertz detector based on graphene is useful in non-destructive detection field, medical research, explosive detection, 6G communication and security detection fields. ADVANTAGE - The detector: enhance the detection performance; uses two-dimensional material with high mobility as channel material of high electron mobility transistor; combines terahertz wave in a double-antenna cooperative coupling space; realize high sensitive teraherstz detection at room temperature; ensure the log periodic antenna to work in multiple frequency bands and high detection spectrum of the detector.
