NOVELTY - High-strength acrylic sheet comprises 0.5 wt.% methyl cyanoformate, 1 wt.% chloroacetic acid methyl ester, 1.2 wt.% diethylene glycol dimethacrylate, 2-3 wt.% nano-calcium carbonate, 1.8 wt.% nano-graphene, 8 wt.% nano-silicon carbide, 0.5 wt.% maleic anhydride, 0.5 wt.% trimethoxysilane, 0.5 wt.% magnesium stearate, 15 wt.% glass fiber, and balance to 100 wt.% acrylic resin monomer. The acrylic resin monomer is a mixture of polycarbonate resin and polymethyl methacrylate at 1:5 weight ratio. The glass fiber is irregularly interwoven into a honeycomb-shaped structure. USE - High-strength acrylic sheet i.e. glass fiber sheet-bonded acrylic sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-strength acrylic sheet comprising adding methyl cyanoformate, chloroacetic acid methyl ester, diethylene glycol dimethacrylate and acrylic resin monomer into a reaction kettle, heating and keeping the temperature at 120 degrees C, raising the pressure to 2 MPa, stirring for 3 hours, taking out the obtained acrylic molding compound, dividing into two portions, adding the glass fiber into honeycomb-shaped mold, adding the acrylic molding compound so that the glass fiber is irregularly interwoven into honeycomb sheet-shaped structure, filling the glass fiber sheet into acrylic plate mold, mixing the nano-calcium carbonate, nano-graphene, nano-silicon carbide, maleic anhydride, trimethoxysilane, magnesium stearate, and acrylic molding compound into a reaction kettle, continuously stirring at 165 degrees C and 35 MPa for 2 hours, pouring into a mold and curing, and obtaining glass fiber sheet-bonded acrylic sheet.
