NOVELTY - Preparing polypropylene-polystyrene-phosphorus-polysilyl chloride POSS(RTM: Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane)-PGO) functional material involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide in Tris buffer solution to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, (b) dissolving dopamine dissolved in deionized water to obtain dopamine solution, (c) dropping the dopamine solution into the GO dispersion, reacting, washing, centrifuging, and drying to obtain PGO POSS(RTM: Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane) -NH2, (d) adding PGO and POSSto the solvent, adding Tris buffered saline solution, reacting, (e) removing the lower layer of precipitate to neutral, drying and grinding, (f) mixing deionizing water, propanol, acetonitrile and catalyst, dripping a silane coupling agent, KH550, stirring, cooling, crystallizing, recrystallizing, drying to obtain POSS-NH2, (3) taking PGO and POSS-NH2 into the solvent, and adding Tris buffer solution, centrifuging, grinding to obtain the PGO-POSS functional material USE - The method is useful for preparing double-modified graphene oxide modified aqueous epoxy resin anticorrosive paint used in steel anti-corrosion field. ADVANTAGE - The double-modified graphene oxide modified aqueous epoxy resin coating has improved strength and corrosion resistance.
