NOVELTY - Graphene composite titanium dioxide mesoporous single crystal mixture comprises graphene composite mesoporous titania single crystal and graphene-coated titanium dioxide mesoporous single crystal. USE - The single crystal mixture is useful for controllable charge migration (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the graphene composite titanium dioxide mesoporous single crystal mixture comprising (i) implanting the graphene into MSCs by forming Ti-O-C bonds to prepare graphene composite mesoporous titanium dioxide single crystal with sandwich structure, (ii) coating the graphene on the surface of mesoporous titania single crystal by ultrasonic bubbling method to prepare core-shell structure of the graphene-coated titanium dioxide mesoporous single crystal, and (iii) mixing the graphene composite mesoporous titania single crystal was mixed with graphene-coated titanium dioxide mesoporous single crystal to prepare graphene composite titanium dioxide mesoporous single crystal mixture; and (2) Control method of charge transfer of graphene composite titanium dioxide mesoporous single crystal mixture comprising controlling of graphene exists in different positions of the mesoporous single crystal, controlling the migration path and the enrichment position of the photo-generated electrons, by controlling charge migration can promote the separation of electron holes and improves the photocatalytic activity, to obtain an oxidized surface and a reduced surface controlled mesoporous single crystal, as well as its application in the degradation of colorless pollutants e.g. phenol and photolysis of water.
