NOVELTY - Preparation of a zinc oxide nanoplate/graphene composite material comprises carrying out hydrothermal reaction of zinc oxide nanoplate and graphene with a precursor solution, where the precursor solution comprises dimethyl sulfoxide, zinc acetate, and distilled water at a volume ratio of 60-95:40-5. The concentration of zinc acetate is 0.005-1 mol/L. USE - Method for the preparation of a zinc oxide nanoplate/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high conductivity and high photocatalytic degradation function.
