NOVELTY - Preparing graphene dispersion liquid comprises (a) dissolving dispersant in a solvent to obtain dispersant solution, where the dispersant comprising e.g. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, chitosan, where the solvent comprising e.g. deionized water, (b) taking the raw material into obtained graphite dispersant solution, separating high shear liquid to obtain graphite paste stripping, (c) taking the obtained graphite paste subjecting to secondary high pressure, generating intense impact and breaking valve, carrying out secondary stripping uniformly collecting graphene dispersion. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene dispersion liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene dispersion liquid has high quality and stability. The method: is simple, environmentally friendly, economical and suitable for industrial large-scal. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene dispersion liquid comprises (a) dissolving dispersant in a solvent to obtain dispersant solution, where the content of the dispersant agent in solvent is 0.1-20%, where the dispersant comprising sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, benzalkonium chloride, benzalkonium bromide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium lignosulfonate, polyethylene glycol or chitosan; where the solvent comprising deionized water, ethanol, N, N-dimethyl fomamide, toluene, N-methylpyrrolidone, diethyl ether, chloroform, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, pyridine, pyrrole or dimethyl sulfoxide, (b) taking the raw material into obtained graphite dispersant solution, separating high shear liquid to obtain graphite paste stripping by high shearing force, where the graphite raw material in solvent is 0.1-30 wt.%, where the graphite raw material comprising crystalline flake graphite, spherical graphite, expandable graphite, expanded graphite oxide, graphite oxide or highly oriented pyrolytic graphite, where the high-speed shear comprising high-speed mixer, ball milling, sand mill, emulsifying machine or colloid mill, (c) taking the obtained graphite paste subjecting to secondary high pressure at 10-400 MPa, through a small slit, where the high pressure fluid is reduced to normal pressure by pressure transient by micro slit will generate multiple times the speed of sound, generating intense impact and breaking valve, secondary stripping carrying out for graphite paste for strong shearing force and impact force so that the graphene is uniformly dispersed in a solvent, uniformly collecting graphene dispersion received by the material opening, where the width of the micro slit is 0.1-20 mm, where the breaking valve is made of metal alloy, diamond or nitride ceramic, where the secondary stripping is carried out at high voltage for 1-20 times.
