▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The composite (100) has a graphene layer (104) formed on a substrate (102). A patterned layer of aligned carbon nanotubes (106) is formed on the graphene layer, and comprises bundles of aligned carbon nanotubes (108), where the patterned layer of aligned carbon nanotubes is a layer of aligned carbon nanotubes with hollow portions. A layer of pseudocapacitive material is formed on a surface of the patterned layer of aligned carbon nanotubes, and comprises nanostructures of the pseudocapacitive material. USE - Carbon nanotube-graphene composite for an electrode of an electronic device (claimed) such as ultra-capacitor and secondary battery i.e. lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The composite enables patterning an aligned carbon nanotube array to increase an effective specific surface area and providing the graphene layer between the substrate and the aligned carbon nanotube array so as to improve adhesion characteristics. The pseudocapacitive material is formed on the surface of the patterned layer of aligned carbon nanotubes, so that electrochemical characteristics of the carbon nanotube-graphene composite can be improved. The composite ensures that virtue of a high specific surface area of the carbon nanotubes and unique electrochemical behavior of the pseudocapacitive material are realized, so that charge storage capacity of the carbon nanotube-graphene composite can be greatly improved and power density of an ultra-capacitor can be enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for forming a carbon nanotube-graphene composite.
