NOVELTY - Barrier explosion proof nonmetal spherical material comprises 80-120 pts. wt. substrate, 30-50 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. preservative. The substrate is mixture of polypropylene thermoplastic elastomer and polypropylene nylon of mass ratio 1:1. The antioxidant is mixture of hindered phenolic antioxidant and phosphite antioxidant in mass ratio of 3:2-2:1. USE - Barrier explosion proof nonmetal spherical material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of spherical material comprising mixing substrate, graphene, antioxidant and preservative, adding mixture in twin-screw extruder, heating and stirring mixture in heating zone of twin-screw extruder to obtain molten mixture; extruding molten mixture through outlet of twin-screw extruder, pretreating granule particles, melting, and injecting into mold using injection molding machine at 120 MPa for 2s-3s; cooling for 21-24 seconds; mold processing, molding out explosion-proof non-metallic spherical material, and opening mold for 4-5 seconds; and trimming mold out barrier explosion-proof non-metallic spherical material for manual finishing.
