NOVELTY - Green fluorescent ceramic material comprises graphene yttrium-alumina-ceria-lutetium composite (I). USE - The ceramic material is useful in LED, preferably used as LED packaging material, LED lighting device is an LED green light lighting device, more preferably, an LED green light fish light (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The green fluorescent ceramic material has characteristics of a high heat conductivity, a good heat dissipation property, and a controllable light-emitting wavelength within a range of 490-540 nm, and is suitable for use as an LED encapsulating material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Green fluorescent ceramic material comprises graphene yttrium-alumina-ceria-lutetium composite of formula (graphene-Y(3-x-y)Al5O(12:x)Ce3+,yLu3+) (I), where content of graphene is 0-0.5 wt.%, preferably 0-0.05 wt.%. X = 0.0001-0.1, preferably 0.001-0.01; and y = 0.01-2.9, preferably 0.5-1.5. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing green fluorescent ceramic material comprising (1) weighing of raw materials and ball-milling mixture including graphene, yttria, alumina, lutetium oxide and the cerium-containing composite according to the chemical composition of the green fluorescent ceramic material, adding the sintering agent, ball milling to obtain uniformly dispersed slurry, (2) ceramic preparation, and (3) vacuum sintering the ceramic blank body obtained in the powder embedded in the step (2) to obtain the green fluorescent ceramic material; and (2) an LED packaging material or an LED device, comprising the green fluorescent ceramic material, preferably, the light efficiency of the LED device is not lower than 160 lm/W, preferably not lower than 165lm/W, the emission peak wavelength of the LED device is in the green light region (490-540 nm). the LED device is an LED lighting device, the LED lighting device is an LED green light lighting device, more preferably, an LED green light fish light.
