NOVELTY - Preparing non-defective graphene film involves dispersing graphene powder in anhydrous ethanol and stirring to obtain a graphene alcohol turbid solution. Graphene powder is added to distilled water for ultrasonic dispersion for 20-30 minutes, polyvinyl alcohol is added, and constant temperature ultrasonic dispersion is performed for 20-40 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion. The graphene alcohol turbid solution is uniformly coated on substrate, and dried at constant temperature to obtain graphene base film. The graphene dispersion is coated on surface of base film, and a single graphene film is obtained after constant temperature drying. The single graphene-coated film is inverted, graphene dispersion is applied on surface, and dried at constant temperature. The obtained double-coated graphene film is placed into reaction kettle for constant temperature extrusion reaction for 2-5 hour, cooled, rinsed with distilled water and absolute ethanol, and dried to obtain the desired product. USE - Method for preparing non-defective graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the defect problem of graphene, and uses the conjugated double bond formed after sintering of polyvinyl alcohol to fill the defect structure of graphene and improves the connection effect of graphene.
