▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous anti-corrosion protection coating comprises water-based epoxy resin, base material, modified graphene oxide, photo-catalyst, emulsifier, organosilicone acrylic ester flatting agent, sodium diisooctyl sulfosuccinate, NXZ defoamer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, de-ionized water, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. Preparation of the coating comprises (1) aqueous epoxy resin is heated and emulsifier is added, (2) filler, modified graphene oxide, sulfo group succinic acid dioctyl ester sodium, NXZ defoamer, organosilicone acrylic ester flatting agent, deionized water are mixed to obtain mixture I, (3) base material and photocatalyst, NXZ defoamer, sulfo group succinic acid dioctyl ester sodium, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol are mixed to obtain mixture II, and (4) mixture I and II are added in resin emulsion, then hydroxyethyl cellulose is added and stirred, to obtain the finished product and the product is passed through 200-mesh screen to obtain the protection coating. USE - Used as aqueous anti-corrosion protection coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous anti-corrosion protection coating: do not utilizes organic solvents, hence cause no pollution during production and use thus having environment-friendly performance and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous anti-corrosion protection coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. water-based epoxy resin, 30-50 pts. wt. base material, 5-10 parts of filler, 4-6 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. photo-catalyst, 1-3 pts. wt. emulsifier, 2-3 pts. wt. organosilicone acrylic ester flatting agent, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium diisooctyl sulfosuccinate, 2-5 pts. wt. NXZ defoamer, 2-3 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 20-30 pts. wt. de-ionized water, 0.5-1 pts. wt. 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. The preparation of the coating comprises (1) the aqueous epoxy resin is heated to 40-50 degrees C, then slowly stirred and emulsifier is added, uniformly to form a white stable emulsion, continuing high speed stirring for 30-35 minutes, to obtain resin, (2) filler, modified graphene oxide, half of sulfo group succinic acid dioctyl ester sodium, half of NXZ defoamer, organosilicone acrylic ester flatting agent, half of the deionized water are mixed at 800r/minute, dispersed and stirred, and then grinded at high speed of 2000-2500r/minute and stirred for 1-1.2 hours to obtain mixture I, (3) the base material and the photocatalyst, half of NXZ defoamer, half of sulfo group succinic acid dioctyl ester sodium, 2-amino-2-methyl-1- propanol are mixed at 800r/minute dispersed and stirred for 15-18 minute to obtain mixture II, (4) the mixture I and mixture II is added in resin emulsion, then hydroxyethyl cellulose is added at speed of 800r/minute and stirred for 30 minute, to obtain the finished product and the product is passed through 200-mesh screen to obtain the protection coating.
