▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The additive-manufactured structure has layers (220) stacked in a stacking direction, and at least one reinforcement structure (240) affixed to layers and extending at least partially in stacking direction and at least from one interface of layers to another interface of layers. The layers define pocket in stacking direction and at least one reinforcement structure extends to defined pocket. The defined pocket is filled with molten thermoplastic. The layers define an outer boundary in a horizontal printing direction that is perpendicular to stacking direction, and reinforcement structure is arranged outside of outer boundary of layers. The layer defines outer boundary in horizontal printing direction that is perpendicular to stacking direction. The structure further comprises a preload coupled to one end of at least one reinforcement structure that introduces tension in reinforcement structure, and a sensor removably coupled to layers for measuring a compressive load within layers. USE - The additive-manufactured structure is used for making structural member such as body or framework of vehicle or architectural structure. ADVANTAGE - The additive-manufactured structure has increased stiffness and strength, and increases mileage and/or lifetime of the vehicle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for printing an additive-manufactured structure. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a exemplary cross-sectional diagram of the additive-manufactured structure. Layers (220) Reinforcement structure (240)
