▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a phosphorus-doped graphene-coated ferric oxide composite material involves converting Prussian blue metal organic framework grown on a graphene sheet into graphene-coated ferric oxide aerogel and doping phosphorus atom into a graphene lattice in a calcination manner. USE - The method is useful for preparing a phosphorus-doped graphene-coated ferric oxide composite material used as negative electrode material for lithium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves cycle life and stability through the doping of phosphorus, enables the lithium ions to be embedded better, achieves rich stress buffer nanospace and effective charge transmission and robust structural stability in electrochemical process, adopts simple process and mild conditions, is economical and provides the product with excellent electrochemical performance as negative electrode of lithium ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the phosphorus-doped graphene-coated ferric oxide composite material obtained by the method.
