NOVELTY - Preparing graphene molybdenum disulfide comprises (i) adding molybdenum disulfide powder into the intercalation solution, carrying out intercalation reaction, filtering and drying to obtain intercalated molybdenum disulfide powder, the intercalation solution is potassium chlorate, sodium nitrate, the mixed solution is concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, (ii) adding the intercalated molybdenum disulfide powder obtained into the reducing agent, carrying out reduction reaction. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene molybdenum disulfide by low temperature reduction (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene molybdenum disulfide comprises (i) adding molybdenum disulfide powder into the intercalation solution, carrying out intercalation reaction, filtering and drying to obtain intercalated molybdenum disulfide powder, the intercalation solution is potassium chlorate, sodium nitrate, the mixed solution is concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, the ratio of the molybdenum disulfide powder and potassium chlorate, sodium nitrate, 98% sulfuric acid and 30% hydrogen peroxide is 1g:1-4g:0.5-2 g:9-40 ml:4-20 ml, (ii) adding the intercalated molybdenum disulfide powder obtained into the reducing agent, carrying out reduction reaction, filtering, drying and grinding to obtain the product, the reducing agent is dimethyl formamide or dimethyl acetamide.
