▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silicon composite material of lithium ion battery comprises (a) taking metal silicon powder and carbon material, mixing in a mass ratio of 0.01:1-40:1, adding solvent for stirring and mixing, where the solid content of the solid matter is 5-60%, (b) ball milling the obtained mixture for 2-96 hours to obtain nano particle silicon powder particles, while wet stripping carbon material to form graphene, in-situ formed graphene encapsulates in-situ nano-sized silicon nanoparticles, (c) taking the solid-liquid separation of the mixture obtained, and (d) drying the obtained solid. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/silicon composite material of lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and suitable for large scale continuous production.
