NOVELTY - A rolled copper foil (10) comprises silicon or greater than or equal to 0.1 atom% titanium in the surface by an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. USE - Rolled copper foil used for multilayer graphene manufacture. ADVANTAGE - The multilayer graphene can be produced at low cost on copper foil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of multilayer graphene (20) comprising: (A) supplying hydrogen gas and carbon containing gas while positioning the heated rolled copper foil for multilayer graphene manufacture to predetermined chamber interior; (B) forming a multilayer graphene in the surface of the rolled copper foil for graphene manufacture; and (C) etching away the rolled copper foil for multilayer graphene manufacture while laminating transfer sheet (30) on the surface of the multilayer graphene and transferring the multilayer graphene on the transfer sheet.
