▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for removing nucleic acid from solution containing a nucleic acid, involves (a) producing aggregate in a liquid mixture by mixing the solution containing a nucleic acid, graphene oxide, or mixing the solution containing a nucleic acid and graphene oxide to obtain a solution, and then mixing the solution with the bivalent cation to obtain a liquid mixture, (b) precipitating the aggregate by centrifuging the liquid mixture, and (c) removing the precipitated aggregate. USE - The method is useful for removing nucleic acid, preferably DNA or RNA (claimed).
