NOVELTY - Alkali-free liquid coagulant comprises 30-50 pts. wt. sulfate, 5-10 pts. wt. alcohol amine, 1-5 pts. wt. suspending agent, 1-10 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1-5 pts. wt. pH regulator, 1-5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 2-8 pts. wt. fluorosilicate, 10-20 pts. wt. polymeric ferric sulfate and 10-30 pts. wt. alkaline silica sol. USE - Alkali-free liquid coagulant for preparing concrete. ADVANTAGE - The alkali-free quick-liquid coagulant has good compatibility with all kinds of concrete, wide adaptability, effectively inhibiting precipitation, good storage stability, does not affect the uniformity of the sprayed concrete, has no corrosion and special smell, and no bad influence to the construction staff. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing alkali-free liquid quick-setting admixture, which involves mixing sulfate and fluorosilicate, adding 0.6-0.8 times weight of sulfate in water, and fully dissolving in a constant temperature water bath at 60-90 degrees C to obtain solution A, mixing polymeric ferric sulfate, alkaline silica sol, suspending agent, and thickener, adding 3-5 times weight of thickener, and heating to 50-80 degrees C to obtain a solution B, dropping solution A into solution B for 15-30 minutes, after the dropping, continue stirring, and then adding alcoholamine, pH adjuster, and defoamer in sequence, and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the product.
