▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene oxide modified fiber involves (1) pre-processing quartz carrier to obtain hydroxylated quartz carrier, (2) reacting the hydroxylated quartz carrier with aminopropyltriethoxysilane to obtain aminated quartz carrier, (3) modifying graphene oxide using aminated quartz carrier processed in step (2) to obtain graphene oxide fiber, and (4) bonding 18C compound to graphene oxide fiber prepared in step (3). USE - Preparation method of graphene oxide modified fiber for use as solid phase microextraction fiber (all claimed) in separation and analysis of compounds. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide modified fiber with excellent stability, high temperature resistance, organic solvent resistance, and higher extraction efficiency, and achieves diversity of target analytes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of graphene oxide modified fiber as solid phase microextraction fiber.
