NOVELTY - Antistatic knitted fabric comprises 90 -160 pts. wt. graphene conductive composite fiber, 22-38 pts. wt. tencel, 10-20 pts. wt. copper ammonia fiber, 32-55 pts. wt. cotton and 10-15 pts. wt. antistatic agent. USE - Antistatic knitted fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric is comfort and softness and has cool air permeability, durable antistatic performance and high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene conductive composite fiber comprising drying graphene and matrix fibers in vacuum drying oven, drying at 70-95 degrees c for 6-12 hours, placing graphene and matrix fibers in high-speed mixer, mixing at 250-320 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 1-3 minutes, mixing at 850-950 rpm for 1-2 minutes to obtain conductive matrix fiber pre-mixture, placing conductive matrix fiber pre-mixture in double-screw blending machine, performing blending granulation, melt blending at 200-215 degrees C at 90-150 rpm for 25-30 minutes, extruding melt blend, cooling, dicing the conductive fiber master batch, melt spinning on conductive fiber master batch by melt spinning machine, spinning at 210-220 degrees C to obtain nascent conductive fibers, drafting the primary conductive fiber at 95-125 degrees C and drawing 3-6 times.
