▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing of metal shielding sheet, comprises (1) cutting the metal sheet to uniform size, polishing the edges, and chamfering the edges and corners of metal sheet; (2) dividing processed metal sheets into two groups, punching out the one group of metal sheets at slots on edges to obtain upper protective layer, punching the other group of metal sheets on edge into strip sheet, and bending the strip sheet upwards to obtain the lower protective layer; (3) spraying non-metallic coating on adjacent sides of the upper protective layer and lower protective layers, and aligning the lower protective layer and upper protective layers on work station; and (4) placing the metal shielding layer between upper protective layer and the lower protective layer, and using thermally conductive adhesive to bond the upper protective layer, the metal shielding layer and the lower protective layer in sequence. USE - The metal shielding sheet is useful for chip protection in electronic device e.g. computer, and microprocessor. ADVANTAGE - The metal shielding sheet: is composed of shielding layer and protective layers on both sides, so that shielding layer can be encapsulated between upper and lower protective layers; and improved strength.
