NOVELTY - A polyurethane fiber air conditioner filter preparing method involves adding graphene to 1 l heptane, sonicating for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene suspension. The graphene suspension is added with 0.5-1 l silicone resin, 0.05-0.1 l polyurethane prepolymer, and 5-10 g curing agent sequentially under stirring condition and stirred well to obtain a mixed solution. Polyurethane fabric is leached in tridecafluorooctyltriethoxysilane, drained, and cured to obtain treated fabric. The mixed solution is sprayed onto the treated fabric, and air-dried for 24-48 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing polyurethane fiber air conditioner filter. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing polyurethane fiber air conditioner filter with better effect of air purification and filteration, easy cleaning and high durability. The mixed solution is evenly sprayed onto the treated fabric, and air-dried naturally for 24-48 hours to obtain the finished product, where the polyurethane fiber air conditioner filter is made of polyurethane fabric, which has a plain weave, and the polyurethane fiber air filter has warp density of 27.82-28.46 yarns/cm, weft density of 27.6-29.1 yarns/cm, aperture of 301-311 microns, wire diameter of 51-57 micron, polyester fiber strength of 4.0-5.2 CN/dtex, elongation of 18-25%, the boiling water shrinkage of 8-12%, and uniform strip.
