NOVELTY - Facility has an extruder (100) that mixes graphene or carbon material with polymer resin, melts the mixed material, and extrudes the melted material to a filter assembly (400), a heater (300) that is installed on an outer circumferential surface of extruder to heat the graphene, the carbon material, and the polymer resin, where filter assembly discharges gas generated from polymer resin and graphene or carbon material which are extruded from extruder to outside, and an air purification apparatus (500) that removes harmful components in gas discharged from filter assembly and discharges clean gas to outside. The facility further has a side feeder block (200) that additionally supplies graphene or carbon material between extruder and filter assembly. The heater for heating polymer resin and graphene or carbon material is installed on an outer circumferential surface of side feeder block. USE - The facility is used for forming graphene-polymer resin composite and/or carbon material-polymer resin composite. ADVANTAGE - The facility effectively separates and discharges gas and water vapor generated in process of forming the composite, improves physical properties of graphene-polymer resin composite or carbon material-polymer resin composite such as strength of product and elastic modulus, electromagnetic wave shielding, and electrical conductivity, effectively removes harmful components generated in process of forming composite, has no adverse effect on surrounding environment, increases coupling force between graphene or carbon material and polymer resin, does not degrade the physical properties of composite, prevents the polymer resin from carbonizing or solidifying because there is no stagnant section while molten liquid of graphene or carbon material and polymer resin passes through each apparatus in forming facility, and maintains constant physical properties of composite.
