NOVELTY - The device comprises a reaction tank contained with an electrolyte solution. A reaction unit is set in the reaction tank. The reaction unit comprises a first component, a second component and a porous clamping piece. The second component is set around the periphery of first component. The porous clamping piece is set between first component and second component, where the material graphite is contained in the reaction unit. A first electrode passes through graphite material and is connected with the bottom of reaction unit. A second electrode is set in the reaction groove. The second electrode is set around the periphery of reaction unit. A power supply unit is electrically connected with first electrode and second electrode, where the graphite material is artificial graphite or natural graphite fragment, and the porous clamping piece is a combination of plastic net, sponge, foaming plastic, porous ceramic, zeolite, and quartz cotton. USE - Used as graphene generating device. ADVANTAGE - The device: utilizes electrochemical stripping method to generate graphite; and quickly and economically produces graphene under normal temperature environment.
