▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ketone groups containing solid polymer electrolyte comprises a polymer matrix, an initiator, a lithium salt and additives. The polymer matrix is obtained by self-crosslinking of polymerizable monomers, or cross-linking copolymerization of polymerizable monomer and cross-linking agent. The polymerizable monomer is diketone based alkyl monomer (I). USE - The electrolyte is useful for batteries including lithium metal batteries, lithium ion batteries, lithium sulfur batteries, lithium air batteries and other secondary high performance batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrolyte: has high room temperature ionic conductivity of 1.1x 10-4 S/cm and wide electrochemical window of 5.5 V, excellent film-forming property and electrochemical property, and ensures the batteries with high energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ketone groups containing solid polymer electrolyte comprises polymer matrix, initiator, lithium salt and additives. The polymer matrix is obtained by self-crosslinking of polymerizable monomers, or cross-linking copolymerization of polymerizable monomer and cross-linking agent. The polymerizable monomer is diketone based alkyl monomer of formula (R1(A)a-(C(=O)-X-C(=O))n-(G)b-R2) (I). R1 = H, substituted 1-10C alkyl, substituted 1-10C alkoxy group, substituted 2-10C alkenyl, substituted 2-10C alkynyl, substituted 3-10C cycloalkyl, substituted aryl, -NR1aR1b, -OR1a, -SR1a, isocyanate, acrylate, epoxy or substituted benzyl, methacrylate; X = O, 1-6C alkylene, halogenated 1-6C alkylene, -(CH2) nC(=O)O(CH2)m-,-(CH2)nOC(=O)(CH2) m-, -(CH2)nNR1a(CH2)m-; A, G1 = -O-, 1-6C alkylene or -NR1a-; R2 = H, substituted 1-10C alkyl, substituted 1-10C alkoxy, substituted 2-10C alkenyl, substituted 2-10C alkynyl, substituted 3-10C cycloalkyl, substituted aryl groups, -NR1aR1b, -OR1a, -SR1a, isocyanate groups, methyl acrylate groups, epoxy groups, substituted aromatic groups or (meth)acrylate groups; ubstituents = 1-10C alkyl, halo, -NR1aR1b, -OR1a, -SR1a, cyano, nitro, -SO3R1a or phenyl; R1a, R1b = H or 1-10C alkyl; a, b = 0-50; and n, m = 1-100. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) battery comprising anode material, the solid polymer electrolyte, and cathode material in order; and (2) preparing the solid polymer electrolyte, comprising (i) adding certain amount of cross-linking agent, lithium salt and initiator into polymerizable monomer solution in sequence, and stirring and ultrasonic treating to obtain uniform mixed solution, where the preferred polymerizable monomer includes allyl acetoacetate, ethylene glycol acetoacetate methacrylate, and 2-methylallyl butyrate, the preferred cross-linking agent includes polyethylene glycol diacrylate and polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate, the preferred lithium salt includes lithium bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide, lithium hexafluorophosphate, and lithium perchlorate, and the preferred initiators include azobisisobutyronitrile and 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, and (ii) pouring the mixed membrane solution into a polytetrafluoroethylene membrane tool, performing UV irradiation or heating initiates polymerization of the monomer and crosslinking agent, and placing the membrane in a vacuum drying oven to allow the polymerization reaction to proceed further to obtain polymer electrolyte membrane.
