NOVELTY - A directional high-thermal conductivity silica gel comprises 50-90 pts. wt. base polymer, 40-70 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 15-25 pts. wt. ferromagnetic filler, 5-15 pts. wt. adhesive, 5-10 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-2 pts. wt. catalyst, and 10-20 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Directional high-thermal conductivity silica gel used for improving heat dissipation of photovoltaic module junction box. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is controlled to form thermally conductive particles and stack under the action of directional magnetic field to form thermally conductive channel to obtain high-thermal conductivity silica gel, which is filled in diode wrapped in photovoltaic module junction box to enhance its heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the directional high-thermal conductivity silica gel, which involves: (a) coating thermally conductive filler and ferromagnetic filler to obtain a coating product; (b) uniformly dispersing the coating product and adhesive in base polymer, stirring for 3-6 hours under closed condition at 120-150degrees Celsius, and cooling to room temperature to obtain first mixture; (c) uniformly mixing crosslinking agent, catalyst and coupling agent, and stirring for 2-3 hours under airtight conditions at room temperature to obtain second mixture; (d) adding first mixture and second mixture into vacuum stirring box for vacuum defoaming and mixing to obtain third mixture; and (e) adding directional magnetic field to third mixture in a vacuum stirring box during stirring, and orienting third mixture for 30-60 minutes.
