▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition comprises graphene nanoplatelets (GNP), polyaniline (PANI), alkyl cellulose, 2-ethoxyethanol, ester-based resin, curing agent, ammonium hydroxide and/or carbon black, where ester-based resin is included in an amount of 20 wt.%. The specific resistance varies in the range of 0.1-10 ohmmeter. The composition is prepared by (1) mixing 5 g GNP, 5 g PANI, 32 ml alkyl cellulose, and 68 ml 2-ethoxyethanol to form a primary mixture; (2) adding 4.5 ml ammonium hydroxide to the first mixture to produce a second mixture; (3) generating a tertiary mixture by adding 2 wt.% carbon black and 20 wt.% ester-based resin to the secondary mixture; and (4) preparing a composition by adding a curing agent to the tertiary mixture at 2.2 wt.% based on 18 wt.% ester-based resin and then mixing. The resistivity of composition changes depending on whether there is a substance to be detected or the concentration of the substance to be detected. USE - The composition is useful for manufacturing chemical detection sensor for detecting chemical substances (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition can be applied to the substrate to sense chemical substances with high sensitivity through electrodes containing graphene and provides the sensor with guaranteed durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing method of chemical detection sensor, comprising applying composition to a thickness of 0.1-1 mm on the substrate.
