NOVELTY - An electrostatic spray powder coating comprises 50-60 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. polyester resin, 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. isocyanate, 10-15 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 10 to 15 pts. wt. carbon black, 3-6 pts. wt. silicon nitride powder, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. trioctyl trimellitate, 2-5 pts. wt. sulfonated castor oil, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 10-15 pts. wt. glycerol and 15-20 pts. wt. water. USE - Electrostatic spray powder coating for copper seal gate valve. ADVANTAGE - The powder coating has excellent fusing property after electrostatic spraying, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, does not fall off easily, and improves the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the electrostatic spray powder coating, which involves mixing carbon black, ceramic powder and silicon nitride powder in high speed mixer, adding glycerol, stirring at 40-50 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, adding graphene, stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixture (A), transferring the mixture (A) to sand mill for sanding, adding water slowly, sanding to fineness less than 10 microns, adding acrylic resin and polyester resin to high speed mixer, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding isocyanate, mixture (A), and coupling agent, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 50-60 degrees C, adding trioctyl trimellitate, sulfonated castor oil and leveling agent, stirring for 5-10 minutes, transferring the mixture into extruder, extruding at 90-100 degrees C, cooling, crushing, grinding and sieving.
