NOVELTY - High-light modified master batch comprises 80-100 pts. wt. pretreatment polyvinyl chloride (PVC) matrix resin, 3-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, 4-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-4 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-5 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-20 pts. wt. filler and 10-15 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide. Preparing High-light modified master batch comprises (i) stirring polyvinyl chloride resin and solvent, mixing according to mass ratio of 1:4-1:6, allowing to stand for swelling, where the solvent is further heat treated at 110 degrees C, allowing to stand heat preservation and aging, freezing the aged material with liquid nitrogen and smashing to obtain pretreated PVC matrix resin, and (ii) mixing pretreated PVC matrix resin, stabilizer, plasticizer, lubricant, filler and modified graphene oxide, mixing evenly, extrusion granulating, cooling down and packaging. USE - The high-light modified master batch is useful for the transparent polyvinyl chloride hard product. ADVANTAGE - The master batch has excellent transparency, mechanical properties and light stability.
