NOVELTY - A highly-efficient soft cleaning belt brush is prepared by (S1) preparing raw materials consisting of 80-100 pts. wt. plant fiber powder, 30-45 pts. wt. polyester compound, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 9-12 pts. wt. nano-silver antibacterial agent, 25-35 pts. wt. guar gum, 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. catalyst and 30-40 pts. wt. water; (S2) weighing raw materials, dissolving guar gum in water, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding plant fiber powder, and stirring at room temperature for 15-25 minutes to obtain a mixed solution; (S3) adding a polyester compound, graphene powder, nano-silver antibacterial agent, foaming agent, cross-linking agent and catalyst into the obtained mixed solution, and performing ultrasonic dispersion in an ultrasonic disperser; and (S4) drying the dispersed mixture, feeding the dried mixture into an extruder, heating the mixture to a molten state, and extruding the mixture. USE - Preparation of highly-efficient soft cleaning belt brush. ADVANTAGE - The highly-efficient soft cleaning belt brush has ensured strength and wear resistance of brush wire, and the brush wire has excellent softness and good bacteriostatic effect.
