NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a graphene film by performing chemical vapor deposition process. A diaphragm substrate is formed by utilizing rigid non-metal material that is selected from a group consisting of glass fiber, carbon fiber, ceramic and high molecular material. A rigid non-metal material layer is formed with a composite layer. The composite layer is made of material is selected from a group consisting of the glass fiber, the carbon fiber, the ceramic and the high molecular material. Composite material is selected.
