NOVELTY - A wire harness with radiation structure comprises mounting substrate, radiation structure and conductor. The conductor comprises at least one signal line and at least one power supply line. The mounting substrate is provided with at least one cavity. The signal line is at least partially arranged in the cavity. The radiation structure comprises at least two adjacent radiation fins arranged in outer wall of the mounting substrate. The power supply line is at least partially arranged in the adjacent radiation fins. The mounting substrate is provided with at least one mounting locating portion for fixedly mounting the mounting substrate in the vehicle material. USE - Wire harness with radiation structure used for vehicle component used in vehicle (all claimed) e.g. electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The radiation fins provided in the mounting substrate can increase the radiation area of the mounting substrate, enhances the radiation effect, and ensures the conductor temperature will not exceed the standard.
